Office Hours
Our office hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our Physical Therapy hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday as well. Please call (269) 945-9529 to schedule an appointment or you can click on "Schedule an Appointment" and our office will contact you to schedule an appointment. Please specify the physician of your choice when calling for an appointment. If urgent care is needed same day appointments may be available.

Office Location
Hastings Orthopedic Clinic primary location is located in Hastings at 840 Cook Road, but we have expanded our services to include the Ionia and Allegan communities as well. While each of the physicians see patients at the Ionia Memorial Hospital Specialty Clinic, only Dr. Eric S. Leep sees patients in Allegan. Emergencies and After Hours
If you have an after hour or weekend problem that can't wait, please call (269)945-9567. Our physicians are on call 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911.

What to Bring to Your first Appointment
Please bring your insurance card and your driver's license. We will make a copy of your card so that your insurance claims will include correct information to ensure prompt payment by your insurer. Managed care/HMO companies frequently require a pre-authorization referral prior to being seen by a specialist. Workers Comp and Auto accidents also require prior authorization from your employer/agent, in writing. If you have any questions about your care, please call and speak with a member of our staff.

Prescription Refills
Please call during office hours to request refills. Please allow 24 hours notice of all prescription refills.

Financial Policy
Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for bills regardless of your insurance plan. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance for covered services. We accept the allowed amount for insurance companies with which we participate. You are still responsible for deductible, co-pays and co-insurance. Managed care/HMO companies require providers to collect all applicable co-pays and/or deductibles at the time of your visit. Otherwise, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Self-Pay patients are required to make a minimum deposit of $100.00 or the actual charges, which ever is less, at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, VISA and Discover. You should contact your insurance company regarding questions about coverage and benefits. If you have any questions concerning payment, please call the Billing Office at (269) 945-4966 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
